3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the php99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. php99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 You must notify php99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. php99 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
3.4 php99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.1 php99 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
4.2 php99 does not accept deposits made via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any attempt to fund a php99 account using a credit card will be declined.
4.3 php99 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit or withdrawal method. This includes but is not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, and any other digital asset.
4.4 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. php99 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
4.5 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. php99 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.6 php99 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits to your php99 account.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your php99 account. php99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.2 Before processing any withdrawal, php99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC), including submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time.
5.4 php99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.
5.5 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. php99 reserves the right to charge a processing fee for withdrawals that fall below the minimum threshold.
6.1 php99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified in the promotion terms) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
6.3 php99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, php99's decision shall be final.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. php99 reserves the right to limit, modify, or refuse bonus offers to any player at its sole discretion, including players who are identified as bonus abusers or professional gamblers.
6.5 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all active bonuses.
7.1 All games available on the php99 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, php99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. php99 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 php99 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is determined to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical anomaly.

This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of php99's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
10.1 php99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the php99 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.3 php99 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and php99 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12.2 php99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 php99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude php99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 You may close your php99 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
13.2 php99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
13.3 Upon termination of your account by php99 for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
13.4 Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 12, and 14 — shall survive the termination of your account.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to php99's customer support team for informal resolution. php99 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.4 Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
15.1 php99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
15.2 For material changes to these Terms, php99 will provide registered players with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
15.3 Your continued use of the php99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
